I am absolutely thrilled with my decision to join the Rocky Point Kickboxing family! The classes are awesome because you go at your own pace and can use modifications if needed. I have been able to push myself and build up my strength. Everyone there is SO supportive from the second you walk into the door. The staff really goes above and beyond to support the members. It truly is a family atmosphere. The classes are tough but fun. In the past I had always struggled with staying consistent with my workouts but it's so much easier when you actually look forward to going to class every day!
